Project: BMW India Pvt Ltd● Preparing the Daily dispatch Report for B.M.W.● Daily maintain BMW stock report.● Maintain the monthly report for BMW stock, dispatch.● Follow up the call off vehicles to reach the B.M.W within described time.● Check the GPRS for the vehicles which are assigned for BMW call off.● Send the details of dispatch non PNR report to Billing team for billing.● Check the port validity and D. O validity and get extend if needed.● We maintain the smooth flow of container’s for B.M.W Pvt Ltd from Ennore/Kattupalli port and Sanco CFS to B.M.W Plant in Mahindra World City.

● Call coordinates with drivers and customers● Advise drivers about tariff problems such as construction areas, weather condition and other hazards.● Ensure the vehicle to reach for pickup within the assigned time to the customer.● Make able to delivery of goods without damage and to reach customer point ASAP.● Keep on tracking of the vehicle during trips and non-trips.● If there is any delay must ensure with drivers for any issue and if any, must clear the issue.● Clear the drivers and customer issue via tickets in priority basis.● Ensure to close the tickets for customer and driver in the same day

● Ensure the daily shipment from the HP (Hewlett-Packard) warehouse.● Checking inventory● Support with checking of inventory reports in CRM and making corrections via downloading stock reports, comparison, changing related documents in CRM● Execution of Stock transfers and raising Purchase Orders in CRM. This includes● Transferring stocks● Updating databases and tracking tools● Keeping the files updated● Screening the spares while in/out.● Dispatch defectives, unused and DOA (Dead on Arrival) back to warehouse within seven working days.● Daily mail the MIS report to the respective teams and managers.

● Inputting data accurately, quickly and meeting all set deadlines.● Extensive experience and knowledge of MS Word and other specialist data entry software ● Having a typing speed over 35 wpm.● Inputting both text data and also numerical data.● Strong commitment to performing and producing at the highest level.

● Configuring the New Operating System’s in new desktop’s and laptops.● Managing User Accounts & Local Permission Issues.● Ensure the Basic Hygiene activity for servers & Desktop Quarterly
