• Regular buyer communication and handling the accounts independently• Execution of bulk orders from order placement till final shipment through timely procurement & dispatch of bulk materials by seeking timely approvals in accordance with T&A.• Making the new developments, as well as converting into orders.• Fabric Order and Trims order entries in ERP software and Visual gems systems.• Sound knowledge in woven fabrics with construction details/consumptions/shade lot segregations. • Source the fabrics for sampling and order the fabrics for bulk.• Coordinating with suppliers • Understanding the concepts of Embroidery and Printing techniques and coordinating the mills to get the fabrics in time.• Source and order the trims.Sampling And Submissions• Developing the samples as per buyers requirement• Should be good hands on approach to monitor the styles in production• Getting approval of Proto, Fit, Pre Production, Size Set and Top of Production Samples.• All internal approvals to factories • Follow ups of orders, coordinate with production and quality team• Making production files and conducting the PPM meetings to execute the orders. • Offering Initial, Inline and Mid Line & Final Shipment on planned dateQuality Aspects• Checking the samples should meet the quality requirements of company and buyers requirement apart from QC Checking• Working closely with inter departmental colleagues, customers, vendors on all quality related issues• Basic knowledge in AQL standards
