PROJECT 1 – MCC Analyzing and resolving the tickets raised by the L1 team.  Prepared and presented the weekly and monthly status report to the clients.  Created and executing the queries using PL SQL.  Provided a Knowledge Transfer to the team and supported the team to complete their work on time.  Good problem- solving skills and adaptive to the team and environment.  As an impressive performer, part of both L2 and L3 to handling the tickets - 2000+ tickets handled so far.
