Current- Preparing Sampling inspection plan for incoming purchased parts.- Ensure incoming Materials meet required quality standards- All control plans updating depending on process flow- Analyze control plan at various stages along with CFT team and suggest changing if gaps noticed and ensure on time to organization target.- Carry out internal Product and Process auditing.- Customer complaint analyzing and Take the Corrective action. - Poke yoke implementation for Silicon Rubber part process.- Preparing the PPAP Documents for new product.- Modifying the Process FMEA for Occurrence and Deduction control to reduce RPN value.- Managed and archived Quality Documentation and Participated in Internal and External Quality Audits.- Coordinating activities related to new product development.- Experience using Continuous improvement tools such as FMEA,RCA,SPC & MSA- Used problem solving tools like Pareto chart, 5 Why, Cause and effect Matrix for root cause analysis.- Providing training to new employees in Quality department- Wrote customer 8D’S- Document and Report Quality Activities- Identify and Correct non –conformance issue- Monitor and inspect Products to ensure Quality- Plant metrics update (KPIS) and follow up the action closure on monthly basis- Lead quality internal auditor- Involved in Document preparation for ISO 9001:2015,IATF 16949:2016 - Daily monitoring and verifying the In-process reports.- Daily Ensure the Rejection and communicate to in-charge.- Managing a team and daily work assign to Line leaders.- Performed Validations Attribute Gauge R&R.- Lead the Team to Achieve Quality targets for Customers.
