Using Doka Ske Top 50/100 auto climbing system and Doka deck/ flex. Roof top infinite swimming pool construction and commissioning with specialized contractor.  Roof steel structure features erecting and commissioning.  Planned and executed all type of finishing activities and ID works and handed over to the client in time. Building completion certificate and authority approval obtained in time from Dubai Municipality / related authority

Project title ; MARINA 101 DUBAI.(6B+G+6P+100F+Roof).Ensure implementation of all QA/QC Procedures, QC Plans and Work Instructions Liaise with the Customer Representative for the conduct of day-to-day Quality related activities.  Verification of testing equipment (Measuring Monitoring Devices) related to the job as per requirements.  Preparing method statement & inspection test plan as per the project specification Ensure fulfillment of all inspection & test requirements at all stages as per the Contract requirements In process and Final Inspection of all civil jobs carried out at site/yard in coordination with Client/Third Party Inspector. Verify correct materials are utilized for the works carried out. Implementation and documentation of corrective actions. Verify implementation and close-out corrective actions. Performing all work in accordance with the Project Quality Plan Manual. Inspection of completed works. Helping prepare punch lists. Monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works. Coordinate promptly with the construction and consultant resident engineer regarding the QC inspections in line with the RFI and Daily inspection and testing schedule. Carry all the relevant latest approved documents needed for inspection at work point such as ITP, drawings, method statements,manufacturer technical, Daily inspection and testing schedule. To check the operation & monitoring quality of RMC batching plant. Review contract specification / technical requirements , drawings  Review Inspection & test plans in accordance with International codes and Client Specification. Review and control the fabrication activities as per the ITP / Contract Specification / codes and Approved drawing. Review of NDT reports and Witness of NDT Inspections. Responsible for quality control and visual inspection of activities during construction with supporting documentation.
