Current• Sourcing profiles in Job portal (LinkedIn, Dice) and Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirement• Worked with line management on job specifications, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, formulate offers, and close deals• Involved in full life cycle recruitment such as sourcing, pre-screening and scheduling interview to candidates• Interacting with the clients regarding the requirements and scheduling interviews during various stages• Scheduling the candidates and putting them for an interview• Once the candidate is through all the rounds, following up till the candidates joining.
