Keraflake 6H insulation board 40mm thk filled between wall and SS plate.• Construction of Hydraulic seal pit size(10mx2.5mx1.5m)300mm thk wall.• Schlumberger Reservoir Products FZE entrusted Siirtec Nigi to design and supply two modular Sulphur Recovery Units at Sabriya and East Raudhatain Gas Treatment Plants of the Kuwait Oil Company. The two SRUs will produce 200 t/d of liquid Sulphur each with a recovery of 99.9%

 Company : DAELIM INDUSTRIAL CO(Jan2015 - Feb2018)Name of the project :SHFP(SULPHUR HANDLING FACILITIES(REVAMP & NEW) at MAA refinery (KUWAIT)- Project value : 147,309,710.00 KD Client:- KNPC(KUWAIT NATIONAL PETROLEUM COMPANY) Responsibilities: CIVIL/BUILDING INSPECTOR. Quantity surveying. Construction of Civil structures like LSH(LOGITUDINAL STORAGE BUILDING-26880Sq.m. Preparing of Sub grade using grader to maintain slop like a V-shape (one side 5degree and another side 11degee). Every 100sq.m area conducting FDT(field density test) for sub grade compaction with 95% of proctor value. Sloped reinforced paving inside the Longitudinal storage hall 60mx 280m filled with M30 grade concrete supplied by NBTC ready mix concrete. Civil structural column erections prior to fixing of shim plate with non shrink grout.  Installation of side bracing, purlin, Roof cladding sheets, Roof rain water drain line etc. Conducting bolt torque test prior to start cladding work.  Construction of Civil structures like ELECTRICAL SUBSTATION, INSTRUMENT BUILDING, CONVEYOR PEDESTALS, ROAD, DITCH, STRUCTURAL PEDESTALS WITH BOLT. Performed well under my supervision working inside cellar area(confined space permit required) for substation and instrument building for cable pulling and tray installation work. All the substation and instrument building build with concrete walls For Insulation inside the building covered with brick wall 115mm thk and 40 mm thk thermal insulation board fixed anchor support. Floor covered with 3layer primer and 2coat of thick layer epoxy coating gray green colour.
