Bala Nicholas founded Dreams Events and Services in 2014, with a vision to deliver extraordinary and successful events by utilizing his excellent communication skills, perseverance and interpersonal skills. He started the company with 3 employees and today Dreams, has grown manifold in terms of revenue and workforce. His work speaks volumes and Dreams is a well known brand in the event management industry today. Prior to his venture into Events, Bala worked as a Project Manager at Hewlett Packard ( HP ) on projects in Banking, Finance, Insurance, CRM and Portfolio Management. He would organise inhouse events for HP and that triggered his passion for Event Management. Dreams Events and Services caters to all kinds of events for corporates across diverse industries, PAN India. They have also done events in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Istanbul and Dubai.
