• Accurately dispensing drugs to patients according to a doctor’s prescription and also adjudication and claiming the benefit for the patient• Measuring, packaging, labeling and recording medications issued to patients and also compounding the medications to the prescribed form• Medication reviews for the long term patients and also patients with multiple medical conditions• Instructing patients on how to use medications, possible side effects and storage• Contacting and working closely with other healthcare professionals• Answering questions from patients and staff about medicines• Talking to regular patients to see how their treatment is going• Follow-up calls for the recommended over the counter medications• Ordering and managing the inventory

- Processing and dispensing the new and regular prescriptions- Preparing daily and weekly blister packs for the long term patients- Experience with cash register - Knowledge about clinical services- CACP initial assessment and SMMA smoking cessation- Knowledge about patient care and educating them about the medication and its side effects, improvement, duration of therapy- Counselling the patients about the medications and follow-up with them - Answer telephones, responding to questions or refill requests of patients- Purchasing and receiving drugs, checking their expiration dates.
