Our service offerings include Information Technology (IT) consulting, human capital/staffing solutions, project management, system integration services and software development.As a Recruiter, my duties are:• Responsible for achieving targets assigned by the management related to US IT Staffing• Using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work• Use internal candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy• Receiving and reviewing applications shortlisted by the team of recruiters.• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client’s human resource information system.• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question• Coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates with the client• Negotiating pay and salary rates between client and candidates• Achieving recruitment targets and ensuring maximum marginal revenue per candidate placed• Able to facilitate, negotiate and close tough deals.• Good understanding of current immigration laws and policies, with key responsibilities to manage non-immigrant visa filing and immigrant petition filings. Coordinating with attorneys to ensure appropriate documents and information is provided for effective immigrant and nonimmigrant visa filings.
