Handling 1 main line & 2 sub Assembly lines Monitor and control unwanted rejections in the entire line by the process, and also check dimension wise spec tolerance as per the controlled check sheet. Analyze the root cause of failures, and take corrective and preventive actions on time. Derive and implement the Process flow and SOP's for New Model Start-up. Liaising with team to develop plans that improve Production, Costs and Labor required Line performance compiled every week and ensures the proper communication reached to top management. Responsible for rejection control, final dispatch for yield.

Handling 5 Mobile Lines and 2 TV line’s for Bonding and Lamination in Optodisplay. • Manpower Handling. (controlling 180 Employees)• Monthly Continuous Improvement Making to improve Production and avoid the NG Rates. • MES Handling and Daily Stocks monitoring against SAP. • Derive and implement the Process flow and SOP’s for New model Start-up. • Improve Product Quality to Ensure the cost-effectiveness of the process. (AOI, API and Assembly Machines Tact Time reduced to improve Production Efficiency). • Liaising with other Engineers to develop plans that improve Production, Costs and Labour required. • Problem Solving in the Production line and providing training. • Drawing up Production schedules and Budgets for Projects. • Obtaining any materials and Equipment required. • Planning and Organizing Maintenance (monthly, weekly, daily PM activities).• Motivating and Encouraging Team leaders and Operators and Provide Rewards to their performance basics. • Monitoring and Controlling the IPQC Audits and Support to the QA team to Improve the Product Quality. • Scrap and Spoilage reduction related to process, Daily Physical Stock matching against SAP quantity.
