Whilst at university studying Business economics and finance, my brother and I worked for a furniture retailer on a part-time basis. During this time, I noticed that there was a steady demand for arranging home delivery of large household furniture. It was clear that customers wanted an easy to use and reliable service to not only deliver but also to assemble their purchases. Whilst at University, my brother and I decided to start up our own delivery company. We initially set out using our father’s estate car to deliver furniture. This arrangement did not last too long so we soon invested in a small transit van. After 6 months, the demand for our services and a growing customer base meant that we were able to invest in a Luton van. As we became more established, we were able to invest in several more vehicles. We have set up a trusted and reliable team who share our vision to build a reliable and efficient service. In addition to the deliver and assembly service which we initially started out offering, we now carry out house and office removals. We provide a full packing and removal service as well as storage solution to our customers. Today, we have a team of 30 employees operating a growing fleet of vehicles. Going forward, we want to build a brand which is recognised locally as well as nationally.
