This foundation led to high-profile roles across multinational corporations both in India and internationally. My career trajectory includes leadership positions at ABB, Motorola, Tyco Healthcare (now PI India), Bharti Airtel, and NXP.I have a proven track record of driving growth and profitability through strategic thinking, team building, change management, and process enhancement. Notable roles in my career include serving as Managing Director at PI India and Isansys Healthcare India P Ltd, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors for Motorola Mobility (a Google company).My expertise spans supply chain management, emerging market business development, and general management. I have successfully managed significant projects such as transferring manufacturing plants from Singapore to India and setting up international procurement offices for Tyco across Asia and Eastern Europe.Currently, I am focused on mentoring startups, guiding students as a visiting professor, and supporting organizations in their digital transformation efforts, leveraging my lifelong passion for supply chain management.
