Process Implementation: Drafted and implemented org-wide P2P process to streamline vendor management and bring in cost control and efficiency. Revenue accounting/collections: Performed revenue analytics month on month, computed various ratios and reported the same to the top management. Involved in boosting up collections from customers to ensure quarterly targets are achieved. Annual Operating Plan: Performed the AOP exercise by collating data from each function in the entire org, consolidated the AOP and presented the same to the CXOs. Tracked budget v actuals month on month and ensured budgetary control across the organization. Sales Commission: Computed the sales commission across the organization involving monthly targets, quota achievement, etc.

Responsible for the company's entire budgeting and forecasting process end to end, and took ownership of budget and cost control across various departments in the company. Played the role of Finance Business partner for all the departments, acting as an advisor in terms of calculating metrics for teams, optimising costs, suggesting more efficient processes, etc, keeping in mind the overall business development.

Involved in monthly MIS reporting, cost control processes and investor relationship management. Had a brief stint with revenue recognition as per ASC 606.
