Right from a profile of Customer Support executive, to Asst. manager Customer Support, to Product Specialist, to Sales Manager, to Presales Manager and then to Heading Customer Support Division along with being a Technical consultant, I have managed to experience every rols in the IT service industry since year 2000.There is a saying in Hindi "Har ghat ka pani piya hai!". And this one is goes perfect on me. I dont know what made me do all this, but I had to take up all these roles as they came in to my professional life. But as time went by, I knew what my ability and potential was and i knew that I had to built myself based on them.And finally, there was a time when I started to think something big and wanted to achieve and accomplish what I have been thinking.
