In this role, my nature of work is to take care and provide support for various process in the areas of product research, market research, leads generation and healthcare.Additional responsibilities and accomplishments include:• Product Research – This assignment is to collect entire set of data through online resources for a particular product which includes manufacturer, seller, product name, images, specifications, available in-stock quantities, price & delivery charges for the target area and any sales offers available;• Market Research – We give full support to our clients by providing various important information which helps to identify and analyze the needs of the market, the market size and the competition. We collect all these details through quantitative techniques such as customer surveys, and analysis of online data;• Leads Generation/Healthcare – Through various online resources we collect details about physicians and health centers in spreadsheets including practice name, physician name, health specialties, address, phone and more importantly email address. As email address is the most needed information, we verify the email address in mail testing software to ensure the quality of email;• Analyzing and allocating projects based on targets to each of the member in the team.
