Troubleshooting related to network issues (Routing and switching) and F5 BIG-IP LTM

Routing & Switching:• Level 2 Support for IT Infrastructure and Network management• Experience in Core Routing, Switching and core network• Read and write access for 3 data center network connectivity devices across the globe • Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management• Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident• Analyze and to escalate the critical issues to the Level 3 team.• Coordinate with vendor (ISP) and open ticket for product support• Handling Escalation as well as providing technical support to fellow team members.• Experience in switching technologies (VTP, VLAN,STP)• Experience in Routing Protocols (RIP, OSPF, ISIS, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP,)• Experience in TCP/IP and Sub netting• Experience in L2 switches, L3 switches, Routers• VLAN- Modify/Add/Change/Deletion• IP Address management using Info lox- Data centers and LAN.• Troubleshooting switching port issues and escalating to L3 if it requires Physical attention.• Participate on bridge calls, co-ordinate with different technical teams. • Have got KT from Clients and have prepared Run books for the same.• Change Request for WAN Link maintenance.• Logical Trouble Shooting and problem solving F5 BIG-IP Local Traffic Manager:Network Load Balancer – Creation• HTTP / HTTPS VIP• Pools, Pool Members & Nodes• HTTP & TCP Health Monitor• Redirect HTTP to HTTPS• Profile• CertificationNetwork Load Balancer – Modification or Deletion• Add / Delete node to existing VIP• Certificate Renewal• Configure/activate the different ports to existing VIP• Apply to iRule for existing VIP• Responsible for Administration of F5 LTM Load balancer.• Responsible for Investigate and resolve incident tickets.• Troubleshooting application connectivity issue through our managed F5.• Experience with remotely Troubleshooting configuration issue on existing VIP.• Communicate with other Technical Team regarding F5 operations.
