Cyclone Group (headquartered in Muscat, Oman and having branch offices in UAE, Qatar and KSA) is engaged in a wide range of business, commercial and management activities with a number of medium to large scale projects in IT & Telecom, Real Estate, Events Management, Pharmaceuticals, Facility Management & Consultancy services, FMCG etc. • Actively involved in company financial planning, budgets & management functions for the Projects, Profit Centre and Companies.• Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget.• Oversee daily operations of the finance department.• Manage the preparation of the official / statutory annual report of actual revenues, Bank Transactions, and Costs.• Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.• Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives.• Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments & Internal Management Reporting System.• Liaise with Banks for the Funding Facilities & Non-Funding Facilities for the New Business Opportunities and Proposals. • Establish Business Arrangements in new Operating Area.• Constant Appraisal, Integrate & Manage the Company Financial, Admin & IT Functions.• Responsible for financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements with IFRS Compliances & Local Tax Laws compliances.

•Corporate and Plant Accounts, Finalisation of Financial Statements, related reports and its analysis•Ensuring Accuracy and Timeliness of Financial Reporting•Compliance with Company’s Internal Control / Checks system (Revenue and Capital expenditure cycle) and Chart of authority •Providing operational support in MIS reporting especially Monthly Management Report, RE, Glass / Crates / SGA Reconciliation•Providing Operational support for Cost Saving initiatives and monitoring budgets both Revenue and Capital.•Preparation of Cost Construction Sheet for Export Pricing decisions. •Coordinating the Business Plans, budgets and Cash flow preparations.•Responsible for Accounting and Approval for payments of Accounts Payable, employee / expatriates related payments •Ensuring Tax compliance (Production Tax/ Profit Tax/ Social Insurance)•Monitoring sales accounting – revenue recognition, debtors accounting, Discounts, DME •Coordination with Stores and Shipping Dept for Inventory valuation and management of fixed assets and current assets.•Coordination with Coca Cola – Middle East Region for Marketing Claims, Inventory and Sales Reporting.•Coordinating with External and Internal Auditors, Govt Officials

•In charge for Factory Accounts and Costing activities, Finalisation of Unit level financials for merging with Apex Accounts •In charge of Internal Control Systems, MIS Reports on accuracy and timely basis. Coordination with Internal and External Auditors, Government Officials.•Providing Operational support over statutory obligations and Responsible for funds position and disbursement for statutory payments and Sundry Creditors.•Coordination and preparation of Process-wise cost sheet through ABC Costing system. •Responsible for Central Excise and Sales Tax related matters.
