 Accounts Receivable (AR):• Generate and send out invoices to U.S. customers promptly.• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage the collections process.• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.• Handle customer inquiries regarding billing issues.• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address U.S. customer concerns and resolve payment discrepancies. Accounts Payable (AP):• Verify, prepare, and process invoices and purchase orders accurately.• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts and ensure proper coding.• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all AP transactions in compliance with U.S.GAAP• Communicate effectively with U.S. vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment-related queries General and Reporting Responsibilities:• Preparing weekly cash reports • Recording payroll entries • P&L and Balance sheet reconciliation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the financial system, adhering to U.S. accounting standards • Performing month-end and year-end closing processes in accordance(Accruals, Prepaids, Depreciation)• Maintains intercompany accounts and reconciliation.• Fixed assets management.• 1099 Preparation
