I was part of the core startup team that launched unsecured over draft product in ICICI Bank. I was the regional head for south & was responsible for end to end process management encompassing all functions viz, sales, credit ,operations etc. Key deliveribles included hiring of acquisition channels,(direct & indirect team), credit team, CPA hiring, training all the teams , including bank branch sourcing team, & vendor recruitment. I handled Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore & bangalore locations.
