Transaction Monitoring | Financial Crime | Data Science | Machine learning | NLP | Deep learning IT Experience • Taking major responsibility in the financial compliance and risk management process that involves the continuous tracking and analysis of financial transactions to identify and investigate potentially suspicious or fraudulent activities Primarily to detect and prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other illicit financial activities, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.• Perform detailed analysis of the Transportation data provided by the clients and extract meaningful insights which can be compiled into reports that will be communicated back to the clients.• Telecom customers benefited from the insights provided for their attrition rate. As a key data analyst, my team & I built this project using Python & R as the base.• Developed customer segmentation for the credit card industry to improve their marketing strategy by identifying key trends & patterns. Python & R are the base technologies used• A key component of the project was also to develop robust reporting & dashboarding to different customer horizontals including technical teams to leadership, so that they can make key real-time decisions as well. As a data analyst, we learned to customize & push the technology constraints of Tableau & Excel• Sentiment analysis is also a key factor in improving the customer’s business strategy. So, we developed a separate module for analyzing the reviews & opinions of our customer’s stakeholders.
