I am pursuing a Ph D at IITM in the Dept of EE under Dr. Janakiraman. My current research is based on SRAM circuit design for Current Domain Computation In-Memory (CIM- an Energy Efficient ML accelerator). I participated in two chip tapeouts (TSMC 28 nm) for CIM applications at IITM, one in 2020 and another in 2023. I was the principal investigator for the CIM chip taped out in 2023, where I designed the core CIM SRAM, Input Buffers, Driver DACs and specialized Current Mirrors.
