Being a part of Quintessentially, a I had the privilege to work on a variety of web development projects. My responsibilities include,• Front-end: Convert PSD designs to SEO optimized web pages using HTML5 & CSS3. Client side JavaScript, jQuery. • Back-end: Use PHP Yii MVC framework to power a variety of applications like e-commerce (including payment integration), brochure website, look-books, social networks, blogs, etc. • Database: Create the database architecture (tables & relations) in MySQL for all the websites (of which few are multilingual).• Create a variety of bespoke CMS that enables clients to edit all the text, image & video content on the website very easily.• Code Versioning: Use SVN and GIT to version the code.• Hosting: Purchase & transfer domains, setup hosting, setup email system, manage DNS and renew them. • Website maintenance - includes bug fixes and adding new features.
