Started the venture of Micro Finance along with few Ex- Bankers. The Venture is basically to focus on uplifting the economic status and standard of living of poor household by providing financial assistance, training and identifying the right opportunities for them to start some small business on their own. Also try to provide facility to educate their children so that they can become a better citizens of this country. Few collegues from my eariler professional stint were one of the strong motivating factors for me to enter into this entrepreneurship venture.
