Leads the organisation responsible for setting the strategy and delivering on Vanguard Australia’s customer/member experience and digital agenda to drive client and strategic growth, retention and relationship/service to sales across digital and human channels. In this role I head up the direct consumer retail business for Vanguard Australia which includes the build out of a digital investment platform. In this role, I've had responsibility for digital, product, technology, operations, marketing, data analytics and client services (contact center)teams. I’m also a member of Vanguard Australia’s executive leadership team.

In this role, I led the team responsible for long-term product planning, research, development and implementation of Vanguard’s Funds, ETFs and mandates for retail, adviser and institutional client channels. I worked closely with Vanguard’s global teams in the design and launch of new products, agreeing strategic postures for key product trends as well as implementing changes across Vanguard’s suite of investment products.

As a management consultant at SMS, I primarily consulted to NAB in a variety of roles incorporating Project/Portfolio Management, Strategy, Solution shaping and Senior Stakeholder management

Worked as a Senior Project Manager for Platform and product development strategy in the Private and Institutional Wealth arm of NAB.

Seconded as senior business engagement partner working on portfolios comprising, Business /Retail Bank , Enterprise Functions (Corporate Development, Office of the CIO) covering technology strategy development, investment planning and project portfolio oversight.

I was lead consultant for a year long management consulting assignment in collaboration with DHS Victoria and NHS UK to streamline patient flow and reduce ambulance response and emergency department wait times using six sigma business improvement methodologies.

I worked on a national facilities management (Honeywell)and biomedical management services (GE Bio Medical Services) contract to the largest hospital chain (Mayne/Affinity hospitals). This role involved business and financial analyis, project management, contract management and oversight and leading, implementing identified sigma process improvement initiatives.Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Honeywell
