Hello Connections, As a BBA graduate from VIT Business School, I have cultivated a robust foundation in business principles and developed a keen aptitude for managing people and organizing tasks. My journey has been marked by diverse experiences that have enriched my professional and personal growth.During my tenure as an intern at the innovative startup TakeMyCar.us, I gained hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment and earned commendation from the CEO for my contributions. This role honed my skills in project management, teamwork, and problem-solving.My participation in the prestigious Global Immersion Program 2023, organized by the Royal Commonwealth Society Asia Region and Commonwealth Global Society, further expanded my horizons. This immersive experience in Singapore and Malaysia, co-facilitated by esteemed organizations such as the National Youth Achievement Award Council Singapore and the Commonwealth Youth Networks, allowed me to collaborate with diverse teams and develop a global perspective on business and leadership.Currently, I am leveraging my skills at lululemon, where I work as a brand and marketing generalist. Here, I support the expansion of the lululemon brand and contribute to the company's ambitious Power of Three x 2 Growth Strategy. I am also developing an integrated marketing plan for lululemon's at-home fitness platform, MIRROR, focusing on brand awareness, sales stimulation, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Additionally, I am conceptualizing a new digital product aimed at enhancing the guest experience through digital transformation.In my role as a Program Representative for the BBA program, I have successfully advocated for my peers, facilitated effective communication between students and faculty, and contributed to the continuous improvement of the program. My ability to collect feedback, resolve issues, and organize events has made a positive impact on the student community.I am passionate about driving meaningful change and fostering inclusive environments.
