From the day I started my career in the year 1992, I have been involved in software development and teaching activities. It included exposure to various areas of software development life cycle like defining client requirements, deriving a solution, implementing it, etc.It also involves working with team to implement the solution, setting up build infrastructure, coding/debugging, maintenance activities.Apart from the work I do for my living, I volunteer my time with Free Software Movement Karnataka. As part if this, I'm handling 120 hours certification course on Free Software in St. Joseph College, Bangalore. I was involved in setting up the complete syllabus and independently executing the sessions myself.I regularly deliver session in engineering colleges as guest faculty. Some topics covered are:1. Introduction to gcc/gdb on GNU/Linux environment.2. Understanding and creating dynamic link libraries3.
