Overall responsible for all matters related to smooth and safe operation of the Building for the built up area of 3-million sq ft spread across 25-acres area. a) Electro Mechanical Equipments:Will be overall responsible for the safe operation of all Electro Mechanical equipments viz. DG Sets, Transformers, Grid Power System, Air conditioners, Chillers, cooling towers, Lifts etc. installed / to be installed in the building. b) Fire & Safety :Deployment of Fire & Safety personnel in the shifts for round the clock safety of the building and its occupants. c) Statutory Compliances and Approvals : Compliance of all laws applicable in the building and submit periodical compliance reports to the Group Manager d) Security & Safety:Deploy Security personnel in the building as per requirement for round the clock security of the building and the occupants including the visitors / customers.e) Client Relationship :Interacting with clients on regular basis for understanding their issues and timely redressal of the same for maintaining client satisfaction. Conduct surprise checks at regular intervals to check proper discharge of duties by the building services team and functioning of building management system in the building.Ensuring payment of wages to workers of contractor in his presence.f) Any other jobs related to the above matters.Any other duties assigned to him by the management from time to time.
