• Responsible for optimizing the self-life of each plant & machinery through regular planned preventive maintenance. • Responsible for maintaining high standard to prevent damages / accidents to men and materials of avoidable nature. • Responsible for keeping the running cost at its minimum without affecting the standard of operation by planning and budgeting well in advances. • Responsible for leading a highly motivated team. • Responsible for imparting training to all concerned in all aspects of departments operations. • Responsible for maintaining / up keep of actual / lying / installation / commissioning / operational of all drawings and handbooks manuals of each equipment’s and system. • Prepare operating manual for each plant and machinery in simple languages with sketch, which laymen can understand.• Ensure safety measures are known to one and all in the departments. • Attending regular GM / HOD/CE meetings. • To highly resourceful in terms of manpower materials contacts to join the management team in various programs including Non-Engineering activities. • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
