I am responsible for setting up the Spotfire system from end to end. Create the Spotfire dashboards for various clients as per the requirements and making sure that the created visuals should reach the expectations of the clients.

Associated Manager and Operations Lead and handling a Spotfire team of 22 people (12 reports directly to me) out of which 2 programmers are from US and making sure that the work allotment, timelines and deliverable are on track and managing the weekly knowledge forums for healthy knowledge share across the team.As a Operations Lead, am responsible for  Meeting with the client and helping them to setup the timelines to create a Spotfire dashboard\analysis for the various clinical studies right from requirements gathering to development and to release the Spotfire dashboard\analysis to production. Assigning resources for the different Spotfire dashboard\analysis of various clinical studies and making sure that the resource understood all the requirements; also the development of the Spotfire dashboard\analysis is in line with the project timelines.  Majorly I would be spending the time with the team in providing the technical assistance and providing the alternative solutions. Creating the Spotfire dashboards for critical clinical studies. Interacting with client regularly to provide the status of the various Spotfire dashboard\analysis of the respective clinical studies. Handling escalations and proactively providing the short term solutions as well as long term solutions. Continuous efforts on improving the process as well as the technical aspects and explain the same to client and obtaining the approval from them. Making sure that the new process\technical aspect has been successfully implemented within the team for more productivity. Support use and development activities of Spotfire by providing production and development support to troubleshoot and resolve issues  Lead all the prototype creations for the R&D effort involved w.r.t TIBCO Spotfire Visualisations Have very good experience in Spotfire professional, web player and analytics server for loading data from databases, creating visualisation and filters.

As a Team leader, was responsible for  Gathering requirements for the design of TIBCO Spotfire Visualizations from the varied user group Lead the team in an agile-driven environment of development Support use and development activities of Spotfire by providing production and development support to troubleshoot and resolve issues  Lead all the prototype creations for the R&D effort involved w.r.t TIBCO Spotfire Visualizations and Extension development Responsible for Spotfire Administration tasks, installing, configuring, and supporting the implementation of TIBCO Spotfire products Got experience in Spotfire professional, web player and analytics server for loading data from databases, creating visualization and filters.

As a Team Member, was responsible for  Analysis of the functional specifications provided by the client. Interactions with client through calls and mails throughout the project duration. Coding functionality using ASP.NET – VB.NET, C#.NET, HTML Creation of Stored Procedures and User Defined functions. Writing test cases and testing the application. Deployment on the client’s development server and testing the site before Client Acceptance test. Documenting the Functional Design Specifications  Analysis, coding and testing enhancements or change requests on the existing Orderfront sites.
