Time estimation for Conventional and CNC Turning, Machining operations. Interacting with Tool Design for designing Jigs & Fixtures and facilitating Machining Taking motion study during machining operations & reducing non value added time. Handled Cost Reduction Projects in CNC Turning Centre’s & Machining Centre’s Continual improvement of Cycle Time Reduction & Setting Time Reduction at Manufacturing by implementing innovative concepts. Introducing Part program management system (Cimco Edit) and reduced ManualInterruptions Achievements Introducing the latest technology in Renishaw Probing System for Machining centres,The probe is measured value is automatically send to computer. Proved in Defence Components (Launcher Tube & Manifold) – BDL Company. Proved in Turret Components, before (4 – setup) - After (1 - setup) within 10 micron tolerance accuracy is achieved with use of Renishaw Probing System.
