Ltd & Coco-Cola Far East Limited.Responsibilities:• Preparation of Preliminary estimates & Tender/ Contract documents.• Preparation of elemental rate analysis, tendering and negotiation of new contractors.• Taking off Quantities and Estimation.• Collection & Comparation of Quotation from various Contractors and Suppliers for a project/ tender. • Inspecting and then valuing completed work.• Assisting in claims preparation (EOT) & Preparation of SOQ & BOQ and site modification sketches.• Undertake regular site inspections and chair meetings with the contractor to assess, program and quality.• Execution of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements, Contractor’s bill certification etc. • Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects. • Undertake periodic valuations; assess contractor’s financial claims and process payments to the contractor through the client’s organization.
