Trainee Aug 2019 to Aug2020Worked as a job setter, have done tool changing, loading and unloading raw materials and equipments, using jigs and fixtures. Have worked in production for train bogie frames, bolsters, wind plates and gear rings. Operated milling machine and 5-Axis CNC machine. Checking and filling coolant oil in CNC machine tray. Following company safety guidelines during production. Inspecting the finished components in production department using various gauges. Responsible in maintaining 5S and mass production. Working on fixture setting change in product object. Product origin and straight line using devices, 3d dial, level dial, plunger dial and dowel pin. Inspecting machined parts to ensure the correct dimensions and tolerances.
