 Managing a team of 20+ to support over 26 QNXT customers across North America. Ensure Incidents are resolved per SLA and to highest customer satisfaction. Involving in proposals and costing activities for custom solutions.  Providing automation solutions, which resulted in 120,000$ savings. Analyzing and providing Technical and Business solutions to issues with respect to QNXT Healthcare Product in areas related membership, claims, billing, Authorizations and Providers. Provide direct support to regional and global leadership to ensure delivery key business initiatives.. Collaborate with customer and business partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution. Providing necessary Knowledge transfers and coordinating with the team for better understanding of Product and its related application.  Work closely with the business and technical personnel to identify gaps in requested functionality and offer innovative solutions and requests. Interacting with clients and their end customers on a regular basis.
