• GESR team works under Risk Management team to publish reports by modelling and quantifying economic risks pertaining to insurance and re-insurance industries • Support new development through research and analysis.• Support other data team colleagues for the maintenance and upgradation of data infrastructure tools and databases.• Assist economic and insurance research colleagues in their data projects by collecting, curating and analyzing large data sets - related to quantifying and modelling the impact of economic risks, climate change, prices etc. on economy and reinsurance industry.• Contribute to organization's research publications (sigma, expertise publications, economic insights, etc.) by providing support and research, including industry /segment analysis.• Communicate and visualize economic complex data in an easy and digestible way.• Conduct econometric and analysis, quantitative modelling, economic research in R/Python.• Designing and implementing data pipelines that support the continuous update of re-insurance market and macroeconomic data for analysis using R and SQL.• Provide data scrapping support for various websites related to insurance data and policies.
