• Develop architectures and product designs driven by customer requirements, delivery schedules, company strategic goals, budgets, and available engineering resources. • Research into, selection of and staff training on appropriate technologies, development tools, frameworks, and third party products. • Monitor quality assurance and testing requirements plans and schedule to ensure alignment with product requirements. • Maintain relationships with the offices of CTO, Engineering, Product Management, Operations and Deployment, Quality Assurance, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure product designs meet customer requirements and expectations. • Work closely with Engineering directors and managers in the development of project plans, development, and delivery schedules, and make recommendations on task assignments based on individual skill sets and motivation. • Assist in Junior Architects in their assigned responsibilities • Assist in developing architecture documents, functional specifications, design documents, and architecture diagrams • Keep abreast of competing for product designs and strategies
