I've been in practice 23 years, constantly focusing on improving the ways I help people, I now have a diverse toolbox of techniques to adapt to each person and their health condition. I personally have had many concussions. I am currently shifting my practice from a general chiropractic practice to a concussion consultancy. At True Brain Concussion Center I blend health coaching and functional medicine to facilitate post-concussion syndrome recovery. This same approach can be found in my new book, Wear a Hat: The Concussion Recovery Lifestyle. I am also the founder of concussionprofessionals.com where concussion patients can find heath care providers of various categories to help them with their healing.In my local chiropractic practice, I focus on the resolution of concussion, TMJ issues, headaches, neck, and arm pain. In 2009, I became a Certified Sacro-Occipital Technique, (SOT) Practitioner and in 2021 a Certified SOT Cranial Practitioner. SOT is an advanced spinal and cranial adjusting system that removes stress from the deepest levels of the nervous system, restoring health and improving one's quality of life.
