I've been in practice 23 years, constantly focusing on improving the ways I help people, I now have a diverse toolbox of techniques to adapt to each person and their health condition. I personally have had many concussions. I am currently shifting my practice from a general chiropractic practice to a concussion consultancy. In 2009, I became a Certified Sacro-Occipital Technique, (SOT) Practitioner and in 2021 a Certified SOT Cranial Practitioner. SOT is an advanced spinal and cranial adjusting system that removes stress from the deepest levels of the nervous system, restoring health and improving one's quality of life.
