Recent Project Management Experience1.Common Enterprise Project in Sri Lanka/Maldives/Seychelles from 2020-Dec to date.Responsible for total project delivery in collaboration with local delivery channel for State & Private sectors ranging with cutting edge technological products.2.Ooredoo 5G NR NSA Project-Phase1 from 2020-Sep to date.Responsible for end to end project delivery with multi functional team across China/India/Maldives with remote delivery concept in the Cloud platform. Successfully held the launch in December 2020.3.Cable and Wireless 5G NR NSA Project from 2020-Jan to 2020 Sep.The first ever commercial project in the Rep. Office region to cater the CWS demand with partial remote delivery.4.Ooredoo remote DR Project from 2019 Jun to 2019 Dec.The first of its kind with DR site been physically located at Sri Lanka while the Legacy Core Network was located in Maldives with the NFV/Cloud platform. Total integration and testing was done in 6 moths with switchover test with multi-party and multi-cultural teams.5.Dilog Strategic IDC Phase 2/3 from 2019-Jan - 2019-Jun.Involved to speed up the with existing operational setup to complete the Phase 2 & 3 to meet deadlines which was located in Malabe, Colombo with uptime Tier-III certifications.6.Mobitel Stage 8 IPRAN/IPCORE/OSP?CloudCORE Projects from 2018-Mar to 2020-Dec.Deployment & Modernization of IPRAN whole network with ATN Data Node, Upgrading the IPCORE network to cater the capacity enhancement and Deployment of new build 2km 144 Core optical fiber cable path in engineering office area to connect the Key Core rooms including OSP scope. 7.LankaBell LTE Phase 2 Project from 2016-May to 2018-Mar. Deployment Island Wide eNB including Civil Work, EPC Capacity Upgrade, PCRF Swap, OCS Migration. 8.Ooredoo Marine Project from 2016-Aug to 2017-Feb. Setting up the Submarine Cable to 6 Major island spanning over ~ 2000km. Also, connecting to the NMS and to the Distribution Inland OSP.

1.Project Implementation Engineer @ Airtel GSM/UMTS Project 2012-January to 2013-May.Support & Report to The Project Manager on the Project on all the Sub-Project Implementation.Major achievement ware the 3GCE Implementation and TX upgrading from E1 to Ethernet and 2G + 3G Capacity augmentation as per the Contract ( Include Survey,Implement & Verification ).2.Operations Manager @ Airtel Sri Lanka MS Project from 2011-January to 2011-December.Support & Report to the Project Director on the Technical Management, Spares Management,Change Management.Trained the Regional Managers and Engineers on 2G,3G & Microwave.3.Operations Zonal Manager @ Airtel Sri Lanka MS Project from 2010-January to 2010-December.Support & Report to the Operations Manager on the Western Zone Operations which consisted of 400 BTS & NB along with 750 MW links. Also was in charge of 7 BSCs and 2MSCs which was located inside the Zone.4.Operations Engineer @ Airtel Sri Lanka MS Project from 2009-January to 2009-December.Support & Report to the Operations Zonal Manager, Hands-On Experience in Huawei BTS3900, DBS3900, BSC6000, RNC6000, NEC PDH & SDH MW links, Huawei RTN 910 + 950 XPIC Backbones.
