Responsibilities:• Gathering requirements from ATS portals. Share requirement to team and coordinate.• Make sure all the requirements are honoured in TAT (Turn Around Time).• Manage high volume search workload via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and search partner relationships, as well as ongoing pipelining• Work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners throughout the full-cycle recruiting process• Develop and manage a pipeline of talent• Ability to work in a high-paced and deadline-driven culture• Responsible for training offshore recruiters• Responsible for arranging all requisitions into the job portals, review resumes, coordinate interviews and respond to the client manager's request for the next steps.• Analyze the role requirements to determine the appropriate knowledge, skills and capabilities required to do the job using the defined tools and assess the fit of current candidates in the candidate database and through established personal networks.
