According to my observation for the 20 days in Atlas Export Enterprises, I learned. a lot about the textile industry and in general how an organization performs day to day. I have also learned from this industry how to control the industry's workers and manage them andto learn the industrial work-flow. I have also understood how every department performs and coordinates with other departments so that there is a smooth flow in the organization. This particular Training has also widened my vision towards the business workflow and the decision- making process that has to be kept inmind while running an organization. This training also allowed me to move liberally in every section. Thus, it will lay the foundation in the array of practical knowledge gained, before stepping out of college and into stepping any career in the textile industry or any other industry.
