I have 10+ years experience in the procurement of services related to the Pharma sector (e.g. patient support programs, market research among HCPs, healthcare data analysis, healthcare events)• As a cluster category manager being responsible for car fleet I've been overseeing the procurement and management of the company's vehicle fleet in the countries under my responsibility, ensuring cost-effectiveness, stakeholder engagement, supplier negotiations and sustainability initiatives according to the global category strategy• As a cross-divisional procurement business partner, I guided my stakeholders through the continuous changes in procurement systems and processes and ensured continuity in business critical purchases;• As procurement manager I achieved/contributed to the 3-7% yearly saving targets in marketing and corporate spend categories,• As a person responsible for the compliance of procurement processes I supported several internal and external reviews and audits, performed and tested various procurement related SOX controls• As a country procurement expert, I supported multiple successful SAP and SRM system implementations and customizations.• As a member of the CEE team I worked on / contributed to several regional procurement projectsI’m skilled in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Ariba and various SRM and sourcing systems.
