As the IT manager of the Simple mobile app, I managed the strategically important developments of OTP Mobil, actively participated in the development and further development of the company's products.My duties included:• Close cooperation with internal and external (OTP) business areas• Managing the assessment of product-level business needs, sorting them into release versions, and coordinating the delivery team during development• Planning and coordination of sprints• Motivating the development team, managing problems, and removing obstacles• Assessing the business needs of the data warehouse project as a business analyst and preparing the necessary visualizations• Scheduling the work of developers and testers, efficient resource management• Clear communication of risks that might arise during development and the necessary steps to avoid them - ensuring transparent operation• Presenting the completed developments to the business areas• Active contact and coordination with the people in charge of the partner systems. I was the delivery team lead and lead analyst for our corporate clients with tasks including the planning and execution of BI develeopment projects.My tasks included:• Responsible for a BI development team containing 5-8 people• Close cooperation with business areas• Assessment and documentation of business needs, implementation of plans and supervision of implementation• Mastering business processes, making suggestions for further development during according to surveys• Presenting the solutions completed during development, managing feedback - business demo• Delegation of tasks during the project to team members with appropriate competence• Continuous training, coaching, mentoring of my team members• Extending pilot solutions, planning their scaling, directing the implementation of automation• Management of business needs (CR) that arise during projects and exceed the scope of the project
