I love to play video games since the age of two and write code since the age of ten. I was also always interested in how successful businesses are built. So there wasn't any question if I start my own company or not.During the years of building something we believed in with my best friend we faced a lot of obstacles.But overcoming theme always forced us to learn. Sometimes new technologies, sometimes about communicating with clients or either time or business management.When the company started to grow, a new not so well known part came in, namely people and team management. These parts of the everyday company life was far from coding, but to deliver successful projects, we had to learn it from books, articles and a lot of trial and error.After a couple of years, I wanted to utilize all the knowledge we got from working with a lot of different clients, experiencing the ups and downs of online businesses and delivering a couple of different web-based solutions. This way came the idea of starting an e-commerce company.I was responsible on my own for everything from pricing through finding the best partners in Asia (where I also had the luck to visit trade expos) to developing and maintaining our websites and even for all of our marketing activities.The project was successful, we became the company with the highest revenue within two years of activity on the market.After two years, I have started to miss being closer to the marketing world and new web technologies and wanted to face some new challenges. Even with doing a lot of marketing consultancy (from indie video game projects to online makeup shops) and programming in my free time and also had a couple of freelance clients as well, I felt like I still need a bit more. More complex. More modern. A new challenge.So here I am again :)
