Main Responsibilities:• Identify all L&D needs (leadership, professional, legal etc.) in every department• Support the preparation of annual training plan & training budget• Full ownership of SAP SuccessFactors LMS module• Create and develop E-learning materials• Cooperate with other departments’ experts to develop new learning solutions• Prepare monthly deliverables, actualize and update the training calendar• Manage all L&D communications related to internal stakeholders (dates, participants, omissions, exam results)• Organize and manage internal and external trainings (including vendor management, budget preparation and follow-up)• Produce monthly reports on Training KPI’s• Responsible of external training vendor payments (preparation of PO’s and billings)• Organize and lead the weekly Orientation Day for new hires • Handling and follow-up of study contracts• Support & implement processes related to Training & Organization Development• Main point of contact during audits (both internals & externals) – mainly IATF 16949:2016 ISO 9001• Training and related certificate administration• Take part in internal and external PR and Employer Branding activities (Facebook editing, Expo presences, presentations, events, etc.)
