This reduced the amount wasted training funds and resources by 80% for Fiscal Year 13. • Supervised the Fort Bliss Range Complex Master Plan for the development of three small arms ranges, two large scale maneuver ranges and the addition of simulators and other training devices. • Coordinated range development efforts with Fort Bliss Range Operations, the Division Engineer Cell, Contracting Command and various supporting civilian agencies. • Spent 12 months teaching training management to the 1st Armored Division Company Pre-Command Course. Facilitated training of several peers in proper procedures for requesting training resources in a timely manner.
