Responsible for maintaining accountability and maintenance of approximately $130,000,000 million dollars’ worth of equipment• Accredited by superiors for being the first Commander in five years to fix the Companies Command Supply Discipline Program. • Achieved and maintained an equipment readiness rate of 96% for fiscal year 2014. This was the highest in the unit. • Established systems to reinforce proper planning and resources for training to cover a 24 month period. This ensured that the unit was fully prepared to execute a wide variety of training to support global operations. • Developed a logistical support system to sustain 130 personnel expeditionary headquarters element for 30+ days. This system was adopted by sister units and is still in current use and encompassed refueling, feeding, and regular maintenance on vehicles and equipment.

1St Armored Division, Fort Bliss Tx

Chief of Training for an installation that over saw training for approximately 55,000 personnel. Responsible to the Fort Bliss and 1st Armored Division Chief of Operations for administrative work in planning, organizing, coordinating, and directing training programs, initiatives and range projects on Fort Bliss. Responsible for preparing bimonthly installation training and resource management meetings, allocating and reconciling training resources. Assisted in the coordination and scheduling of schools and mobile training teams, maintaining and updating long range training calendar, and updating the annual mission guidance. • Successfully held a position that was normally occupied by personnel with 15+ years of experience. • Constantly received accolades from General Officers for his ability to facilitate the weekly Installation and Division Training Management and Resource Meetings. • Implemented systems to ensure subordinate units properly reserved training resources in a timely manner. This reduced the amount wasted training funds and resources by 80% for Fiscal Year 13. • Supervised the Fort Bliss Range Complex Master Plan for the development of three small arms ranges, two large scale maneuver ranges and the addition of simulators and other training devices. • Coordinated range development efforts with Fort Bliss Range Operations, the Division Engineer Cell, Contracting Command and various supporting civilian agencies. • Spent 12 months teaching training management to the 1st Armored Division Company Pre-Command Course. Facilitated training of several peers in proper procedures for requesting training resources in a timely manner.
