IT Project Management- Successfully kicking-off numerous 3-4 months long MVP projects, managing the full product life-cycle: planning, executing with change management, continuous quality assurance, project closure phase- Running diverse projects: controlling, events, webshop, productivity applications, company landing pages- Managing cross-functional teams including Design, Frontend, Backend and Mobile Developers, with client side marketers and product owners- Learning and using agile project management methodology with Scrum- Holding daily team- and client meetings- Delivering weekly and monthly reports- Identifying client needs for further development/revenue sourcesUX lead- Establishing collaboration work methods within the design team and other team members; using Zeplin and remote server for version control- Trying and implementing new features from Adobe and other products- Setting up company UI and style guide template with prototyping- Organizing in-house trainings about usability testing, user journey, Persona creation and other useful UX research methods for product developers

Finance & Accounting- Managing the legal, financial and accounting aspects of the transformation into a private limited company- Setting up and maintaining a company-wide salary structure and monthly payroll processing- Taking on increased responsibility in expenditure management- Managing the relationship with shareholders, lawyers and accountants- Improving reporting tools and processes- Conducting competitor analysis
