I have been in sales and service for over 20 years, with the majority of my career at Xerox. My previous roles included individual contributor, people manager, and program manager. Major milestones in my life, like moving provinces, getting married, having children, and changing careers, have all given me the experience to understand and connect with people. In my cross-functional role as director of growth, I have the privilege of connecting with and helping people across the organization, including sales, operations, and leadership. The work I do every day equips People Corporation to better support our customers. In my mission to standardize processes and optimize data, I have enabled senior leaders to improve forecasting, mitigate risk, and prioritize investment decisions. Through targeted programs and insights, I have enhanced sales team performance. I now call Winnipeg home, and I enjoy spending summers there with my wife and daughters.
