Responsibilities:- leading internal R&D team for creating & maintaining of the company's core products, including definition of roadmap for product development- leading initiatives related to definition of company's roadmaps (and vision(s)) covering various streams- working closely with C-level people- involved in the projects in the role of a Solution and/or Lead architect - involved in creating of various guidelines related to R&D, architecture principles, etc.- involved in pre-sales activities from the architectural / solution point of views- involved in RFI / RFQ / RFP activities

- Focus on Integration layer represented by Oracle API GW, OSB, AIA, ODI- Creating and maintaining technical roadmaps for Integration layer, creating and participating in functional & technical designs, solution outlines and high level designs, creating and maintaining the technical guidelines (e.g. integration guidelines, etc.), specifying new processes, etc.- Active communication with technical & business stakeholders (on different management levels) as well as with various vendors - Managing external team of SMEs for Integration domain (~ 10 people). Overall team management: resource / allocation planning, validation of technical outputs from team members, etc. Daily communication via various channels / tools (skype, Asana, whatsapp, slack, ...)- Acting as design / technical lead for API based functionalities. Creating and managing overall API strategy i.e. exposing APIs for 3rd parties, proposing security mechanisms (such as combination of https, oauth, hmac, etc.), managing - Leading and/or participating on RFI / RFQ / RFP processes from the Technical point of view- Covering overall solution related to MyVodafone Application (smartphone) which is heavily dependant on exposed APIs

- Covering of two domains - Integration and Digital channels (Online channels).- Creating and maintaining technical roadmaps for assigned domains, creating and participating in functional & technical designs and solution outlines, creating and maintaining the technical guidelines (e.g. integration guidelines, etc.), specifying new processes, etc.- Active communication with technical & business stakeholders (on different management levels) as well as with various vendors. - Managing newly created team of SMEs for Integration domain (~ 7 people).- Leading and/or participating on RFI / RFQ / RFP processes from the Technical point of view.

- Covering of two domains - Integration and Digital channels (Online channels).- Creating and maintaining technical roadmaps for assigned domains, creating and participating in functional & technical designs and solution outlines, creating and maintaining the technical guidelines (e.g. integration guidelines, etc.), specifying new processes, etc.- Active communication with technical & business stakeholders (on different management levels) as well as with various vendors. - Leading and/or participating on RFI / RFQ / RFP processes from the Technical point of view.

Responsibility (architecture, roadmaps, capacity plans, etc) for VFCZ "Onlines domain" including all SelfCare Channels such as : Web SelfCare, Mobile SelfCare, IVR, SMS SelfCare and *.vodafone.cz/* pages as well as Eshop. Active participation on the projects' deliveries as Technical SPOC.Projects:- tech. lead for SelfCare Channels created for Branded Resellers (released 08/2013)- and others

Responsibility for technical part of the delivered solutions (delivery from the vendors' site), cooperation with vendor's Architects on solution's architecture & technical details, cooperation with other Technology departments, Demand Managers team (SPOCs to business staff), Business Owners and Project Managers. Creating of Technical (nonFunctional) Requirements within Projects and/or RFP/RFQ activities (including evaluation of delivered offers). Some of the more important activities are: Filip Online Channels - act as Teach Lead from VF CZ side assigned to this "Onlines" activityDesc: delivery of new SelfCare channels (such as: Web SelfCare, Mobile SelfCare, Eshop, SMS SelfCare, IVR) which will be able to support customers migrated to new Vodafone Czech TELCO Infrastructure.Cooperation with Vendors' Architects related to Architecture & proposed Technical Solution, specifying Technical KPIs (along with Business Owners), etcVodafone Park - act as Teach Lead (Architect) from VF CZ side; cooperation with Architects of two other vendors delivering Vodafone Park SolutionDesc: Brand-new Community based Portal for Vodafone customers (as well as nonVodafone users) who want to use Telco (VFCZ) features such as SMS & MMS & Call Repository - (https://park.vodafone.cz)Mobile advertising - act as Teach Lead from VF CZ sideDesc: Vodafone Czech implemented mobile advertisement (as first) in Czech Republic within TELCO environment.

Preparing technical analysis and implementations of several web-related activities (related to the applications such as: Vodafone Web SelfCare, Mobile SelfCare, Eshop, Public Web, Vodafone Live).
