Sales activity.- Management of new and existing customers portfolio.- SWOT analysis of customer, basic financial analysis and honest and objective advice in order to obtain financing from a bank institution;- Stock management, new orders, customer orders;- Costs management, cash flow tracking;- Analysis and implementation of product campaigns, financing campaign , mixt campaigns;- Monthly, quarterly, yearly, reporting (internal and to the constructor);- Budget Tracking in order to achieve the Target (in value and quantity - profit margin and vehicle units)- Current year budget analysis, budget rectification (if the situation requires it), projection of the next year budget;- Projection of long-term business, etc.
