Being a founder of 3 (4 if you count Zephr being spun out) companies from scratch - I understand the needs of entrepreneurs, in particular with the range of skillsets that you have to employ across a wide set of challenges. I'm happy to help by sharing my own insights an experiences as I go through my own self-development.At the execution level I've led and delivered successful full-cycle business and data-driven transformation programmes within commercial and non-commercial environments using Scaled Agile (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban) principles and waterfall (PRINCE2, MSP) Programme management. Alignment at the human level is a key part of any success and I work hard on relating to stakeholders and understanding everyones needs whilst communicating direction to ensure we create an environment to succeed.With extensive consultancy experience and expertise, coupled with all of the experience I have gained in being an entrepreneur and leader, with in-depth knowledge of the processes, procedures and protocols required in organisations I am now embarking on my latest mission to help people and organisations - 0 to 1.0 to 1 provides leadership at both the strategic and execution level of organisations to help Startups, SME and Enterprises move through their challenges. A key component will be an integration of our approaches into the non-profit sector to help mentor young entrepreneurs get an understanding of what will help them succeed in a sustainable and socially responsible way.
